Who runs it
A family business with fifty years of building behind it
Three generations of Parsons have developed, built and operated real estate, first in Chicago, then in Scottsdale, now in Maine. The people below are the ones who buy, design, build and run every asset in the portfolio.

Before Arizona
Spring Acres Hills, McHenry County, Illinois
David Parsons developed Spring Acres Hills from 1985 to 2005: a 400-acre custom-home community north-west of Chicago, entitled, engineered and built out over twenty years. Everything the family does now — buying land nobody else wants, designing and building it in-house, holding it — started there.
Sean D. Parsons
Founder and Managing Principal
Sean founded Parsons Villas in Scottsdale in 2012 and Parsons Design Build in 2015, and has spent more than fifteen years across brokerage, development and vacation-rental operations. Before that he co-founded a commercial brokerage that closed more than $300 million in off-market transactions. He worked with state leaders on Arizona's short-term rental law, SB1350, and co-founded the Arizona Vacation Rental Association. Licensed Arizona real estate agent. B.A., Colorado State University.
David Parsons
Principal
David has more than forty years in commercial, industrial and residential development, entitlement and construction. He founded Cedar View Homes, an award-winning custom builder in Chicago, and developed Spring Acres Hills, the family's 400-acre custom-home community in McHenry County, Illinois, from 1985 to 2005. B.A. and M.F.E.S., Yale University.

Oscar Castro
General Contractor and Foreman
Oscar runs construction in both regions with a bench of subcontractors the company has used for years. Wild West Estate, the Valley Vista phase 1 renovation and the Welch House restoration are his sites.
John Metzinger
Innkeeper, Boothbay Harbor
John lives in Boothbay Harbor and runs the Maine inns day to day: guests, staff, the buildings and the town.
Ezz Helal
Operations Manager
Ezz is the central point of contact for company communications and oversees reservations, guest operations and the technology behind them.
Mary Gopril

Mary runs the front office and is the first person most partners, lenders and vendors talk to.
