lance pederson

Lance Pederson currently serves as the CEO for Parsons Villas. In his role as CEO, Lance ensures that the team is in constant alignment and continually focused on accomplishing the more important strategic objectives that will propel the firm toward fulfilling its mission and vision. He also heads up the Capital Management arm of the company where he leads the capital raising efforts and manages the day-to-day operations of the company’s investment fund. In 2008, Lance got his start in the sub-institutional real estate space managing a $65M debt fund comprised of private money loans backed by commercial real estate located throughout the Pacific NW. In 2013, he founded a real estate fund administration firm that scaled up to more than $2.3B in assets under administration. During that time he also served as a Principal at a private equity real estate investment firm that grew from $0 to $300M+ in investor capital managed. Since 2012, Lance has helped dozens of real estate entrepreneurs architect and form pooled investment funds. His passion continues to be working with real estate entrepreneurs to help them grow and scale their firms by leveraging the power of pooled investment vehicles while hosting his podcast – Death of 60/40 – targeted at high net worth passive investors interested in allocating capital into real estate private placements and alternative investments in general. Lance lives with his wife and five children in Houston, TX.


sean parsons

Born into a real estate family, Sean was exposed to every facet of the field from an early age. He formally entered the real estate industry in 2005 and in his first year, closed over $15 million in sales. In 2006, he co-founded a commercial brokerage company that closed over $300 million in off-market transactions.

Throughout the 2008 Financial Crisis, Sean co-lead a team into working out over $200 million in loans for a prominent investor and development group in Chicago. Sean proceeded by seeking out private funds to purchase the same distressed assets out of foreclosure through short sale.

In late 2012, as the market continued to recover, Sean transferred his efforts to Scottsdale to focus his family’s investments on the emerging vacation rental market. He personally acquired, renovated, and designed a 10MM portfolio he still owns and manages today. Sean also manages an additional 20MM in luxury assets that grosses over 4MM a year in revenue.

Sean has built a strong network and reputation for being a “real estate entrepreneur”. His specialties range from acquisitions, negotiations, fundraising, design, and construction. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University.
