Acquired in March 2022 and taken through a first phase of interior renovation in 2026, new flooring through the main house, the kitchen and a full repaint, it is the largest single-family short-term rental in the portfolio and the anchor asset in Paradise Valley.

Two buildings on Commercial Street, a main house and a carriage house, a few doors from Greenleaf Inn and Admiral's Quarters. It closed on 29 September 2026 and is being set up to house the Maine operating team next to the inns it runs, which is what owning a cluster on one street makes possible.
